WARRANTY
MUKIDY offers a limited warranty on all products purchased directly from our official website. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 90 days from the date of purchase.
If any covered component malfunctions during this period, replacement parts will be provided free of charge and shipped within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. End users are responsible for installing the provided replacement parts or contacting support for assistance.
This warranty is non-transferable and is the sole warranty for MUKIDY products, as permitted by law. Part or model specifications may change without prior notice. By purchasing and using your MUKIDY product, you agree to abide by the terms of this warranty as outlined below. This warranty is subject to change without prior notice.
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
The warranty covers all electrical or mechanical components of the ride-on toy, ensuring they are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage is valid under the following conditions:
- The ride-on toy is used appropriately for its intended purpose by an individual who fits properly and can control the vehicle.
- The toy undergoes all required maintenance and adjustments.
What is not covered by this Limited Warranty?
This warranty does not cover:
- Claims made after 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Normal wear and tear, crash damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
- Minor scratches or cosmetic damage incurred during transit.
The warranty is void if the ride-on toy is:
- Installed with a motor or modified in any way.
- Used for rental or commercial purposes.
- Used contrary to the instructions in the owner’s manual.
Cosmetic parts and accessories, which are not essential for operation, are not covered. These include:
- Mirrors, doors, body frame, fenders, dashboard, steering wheel, wheel covers, stickers/decals, and other decorations.
Note: MUKIDY is not liable for incidental or consequential losses or damages.
What will MUKIDY do to honor this Limited Warranty?
MUKIDY will replace any electrical or mechanical component or battery confirmed to be defective with the same or functionally equivalent part.
How to make a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim:
- Use the MUKIDY online portal or email support@mukidyride.com.
- Provide your order number to validate the claim.
Return Policy
Returns Due to Change of Mind
MUKIDY accepts returns for change of mind if a request is submitted within 30 days of receipt of the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
Important Details:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging their own shipping.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged.
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment upon receipt and acceptance of the returned item.
Note: MUKIDY will not refund any shipping fees.
Warranty Returns
MUKIDY honors valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of purchase. If replacement parts are declined, customers must pre-pay return shipping. However, restocking fees will not apply.
Upon receipt of the returned item, MUKIDY will process the warranty claim within 14 days.
Once confirmed, customers can choose between:
(a) A refund to the original payment method.
(b) A refund in store credit.
